GiftAI is an AI-powered gift recommendation platform that helps users find the perfect gifts by understanding recipient preferences, occasions, and budget constraints through intelligent algorithms.

The challenge was that people often struggle to find meaningful and personalized gifts, leading to last-minute purchases, decision fatigue, and gifts that don't truly resonate with recipients.

I interviewed gift shoppers to understand their pain points, decision-making processes, and what makes gift-giving stressful or rewarding.

Using the insights from my interviews, I created an empathy map to visualize gift shoppers' frustrations, needs, and goals. This helped me identify key challenges—such as decision paralysis, lack of personalization, and time constraints—and design a solution that directly addresses them.

The platform guides users from inputting recipient details to receiving personalized gift recommendations, all powered by AI. It streamlines the entire gift-finding process, making thoughtful gifting effortless.

I started with wireframing to map out the platform's structure, ensuring a clear and intuitive user experience. By focusing on layout, navigation, and functionality, I refined the design to create a seamless flow that makes gift discovery and selection effortless for users.
